How can I book a tour?
Booking is easy! Simply choose your preferred tour, select your desired date, and send us your booking request through our website. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Our team will confirm availability and provide all the details you need before your adventure begins.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Most of our tours are suitable for guests of all ages. However, some activities, such as hiking, camping, and boat tours, may require a moderate level of physical fitness. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. If you have young children, elderly travelers, or guests with mobility concerns, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the most suitable tour.
Where do your tours start?
Most of our tours depart from Saranda / Saranda Port.
Hotel pick-up is available for many experiences within Saranda The meeting point will be confirmed after your booking.
Are entrance tickets included?
It depends on the tour. The “What’s Included” section of each tour clearly states whether entrance fees, transportation, or other services are included.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
If a tour is cancelled by South Albania Excursions due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
For private or customized tours, cancellation terms may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable, season-appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for your chosen tour. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a reusable water bottle, and your camera. For boat and beach tours, don’t forget your swimwear and towel. If you’re joining a hiking tour, sturdy hiking shoes and a small backpack are highly recommended.
