1. About Us
South Albania Excursions is a tour operator registered and operating in Albania. By booking a tour through our website (south-albania-excursions.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you complete the checkout process and receive a booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
By completing a booking, the lead passenger confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their group.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes and service fees. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
For groups outside the standard capacity range, prices may differ. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a custom quote.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal — secure online payment processed through PayPal’s platform
- Cash on delivery — payment made in person at the time of the tour
For PayPal payments, your booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. For cash on delivery, your booking is confirmed upon receiving your confirmation email.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all tours:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour start time: full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour start time: no refund
- No-show: no refund
To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at southalbaniaescurs@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
6. Tour Operation
All tours are subject to minimum participant numbers as stated on each tour page. If the minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Arriving at the meeting point on time. Tours will not wait for late arrivals.
- Ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for the tour activities
- Following all instructions given by the tour guide
- Any damage caused to property or third parties during the tour
South Albania Excursions reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without any refund.
8. Liability
South Albania Excursions is not liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour, except where caused by our negligence
- Delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking or tour
Participation in tours is at the participant’s own risk. We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on south-albania-excursions.com, including text, images, logos, and descriptions, is the property of South Albania Excursions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from a booking or tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Albanian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
