Bookings<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">A booking is confirmed once you complete the checkout process and receive a booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">By completing a booking, the lead passenger confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms &amp; Conditions on behalf of all members of their group.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>3. Pricing<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes and service fees. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">For groups outside the standard capacity range, prices may differ. Tour Operation<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">All tours are subject to minimum participant numbers as stated on each tour page. If the minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">In the event of extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour. Tours will not wait for late arrivals.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for the tour activities<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Following all instructions given by the tour guide<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Any damage caused to property or third parties during the tour<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">South Albania Excursions reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without any refund.<\/p><hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>8.
